Payment Policy

Please review the following information regarding payments, bookings, and refunds for events and cooking classes at The Skript Kitchen.

PAYMENTS FOR EVENTS & CLASSES

Eventbrite Bookings
We use Eventbrite, a third-party booking platform, for select events and cooking classes. Please note that Eventbrite applies additional service fees, payment processing fees, and their own refund policies during checkout.

Direct Booking Through The Skript
To avoid third-party processing fees, guests may also reserve directly through The Skript Kitchen via e-transfer.

Please email us first to confirm availability and include:

  • The name of the class or event

  • The event date

  • Number of participants

REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS & CLASSES

Eventbrite Purchases
Tickets purchased through Eventbrite are subject to Eventbrite’s refund and cancellation policies.

Direct Purchases Through The Skript
For public classes booked directly through The Skript Kitchen:

  • More than 48 hours before the event:
    Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase and more than 48 hours before the class will receive store credit that can be applied toward a future class or event.

  • Within 48 hours of the event:
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are eligible for a 50% refund. No store credit will be issued.
