Finding the right meeting space in Vancouver can be challenging, but we’re here to make it easy. Whether you’re hosting a launch party for your latest food creation, running cooking classes, holding staff meetings, or setting up a food product studio, our space is adaptable to fit your needs. We have two rooms available for your next gathering.

Sun Room: More Than Four Walls

Our space is designed to help you tell your story. Perfect for small gatherings, it features a direct street entrance for easy access, with plenty of nearby parking and public transit options. The room is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, movable tables and stools, and a large ceiling with an HVAC system to ensure fresh air and proper ventilation. Customize the space to suit your meet-up needs and create the ideal atmosphere for your guests.

Moon Room: Cook, Connect, Create

Our dedicted gluten-free kitchen environment is designed to support creators, chefs, and community builders in sharing their stories through food. Ideal for intimate cooking classes, workshops, or small gatherings. The space is equipped with all the essential amenities you'd expect from a fully functional kitchen.

Moon Room

Take advantage of a quieter schedule, ample parking, and a fully equipped professional kitchen to create an engaging, hands-on experience.

Rental Notes
Guests are responsible for returning the space to its original condition by the end of their booking.
Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late of the start of their booking will result in the forfeiture of the booking time without eligibility for a refund.

Space Guidelines

    • Hosts / Guests are responsible for returning the space to its original condition by the end of their booking.

    • All ages are allowed in the space.

    • Ticketed meet-ups are allowed.

    • Limit loud noises allowed.

    • Any loud music or noise must end by 12:00 AM.

    • No fog / smoke machines.

    • No confetti or glitter are allowed.

    • No smoking in building.

    • No adult filming.

    • No lingering outside and loud drunken behaviour.

    • Alcohol allowed with permission.

    • Electricity usage allowed.

    • Security cameras and recording devices
      Security camera installed to protect space of misuse of space, damages, and all other liabilities. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.

    • Mon - Thu  8:00 AM to 12:00 AM

    • Fri - Sun 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM

    • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed.

    • Cooking is allowed on-site.

    • Guests can NOT bring their own alcohol of any type.

    • Corkage fee & pre-purchase from restaurant.

    • Tables
      Each space includes tables.
      Table cloths are not included.

    • Chairs
      We have a variety of seating.

    • Soft Seating
      Not provided such as sofas, lounge chairs, & etc.

    • Restrooms on-site.
      Shared with multiple stalls.

    • Available AV equipment (Projector & Speakers)

    • DJs are not allowed.

    • Live music is not allowed

    • Amplified music is allowed.

    • If you have a unique event idea or special request, feel free to pitch it to the owner for consideration.

    • Metered street parking is available on streets surrounding the space.

    • If you require on-loading parking, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

    • Enhaced cleaning measures.
      The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected.

    • All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

      • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

      • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

      • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

      • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

      • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

    • Cleaning / Damages
      We charge anywhere from $250 to $400 for a cleaning fee depending on the size of the meet-up. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

    • Each room’s capacity is limited in accordance with current government guidelines.

    • Space has been reconfigured to allow for safe physical distance.


    • Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the meet-up start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the meet-up start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Meet-up start time are not refundable
