BASICS OF HOMECOOKING SERIES
This particular series is curated for the individual with no knowledge in nutrition and food who want to excel in the home kitchen. The program runs for 4 difference weeks and the courses are up to 3 hours a week in the work shop. Each week we provide guidance and instruction on how to follow recipes, use kitchen tools, learn alternate substitutions to improve nutrition content, etc. We will focus on multicultural and ethnic dishes to diversify one's palate and ingredient knowledge as well as teach basic culinary skills in the kitchen as well as ingredient choosing in the market.
